Erin Hand Vice President of Talent and Development, Cox Communications Inc.
![]() Erin Hand is the Vice President of Talent and Development at Cox Communications. In her current role, Ms. Hand oversees the activities related to organizational and leadership development for the company, including executive and management development and the national curriculum design and e-learning solutions for Cox University. Hand joined Cox in 1990 as Manager of Field Human Resources. The focus of her career at Cox has been leadership and organizational development with positions as Director of Business Consulting, Director of Executive Development, National Director of Learning and Talent Development, and most recently Vice President of Talent and Development. Prior to joining Cox, Erin served as a Management Consultant for Jackson and Associates. Currently Ms. Hand serves on the board for the Atlanta chapter of Women in Cable & Telecommunications and is also an active member of the Cable Television Human Resources Association and the Telecommunications Executive/Management Development Network. In 1996, she received the Vision Award for Commitment to Employees, and in 2000 she earned the Vision Award for Commitment to Leadership. August 2006 |
