Order from the Cox.com web

To order iN DEMAND Season Sports packages, go to Cox Sports iN DEMAND and follow the prompts.

1. Go to Order Services on Cox.com
2. Have you previously set up a log on?
   • If yes, log on with your email address and password.
   • If no, click on the Set up password link and follow the prompts.
3. Confirm your account number and click Continue.
4. Click the Cox iN DEMAND Order button.
5. Select the Event Title, Date, and Time, and then click Continue.
6. A confirmation screen displays. Click the SUBMIT button to purchase the event. Your TV will automatically tune to the program when it becomes available.

Order from the TV

To order iN DEMAND Movies and Events from the TV, complete the following steps.

1. Press the GUIDE button on your remote control.
2. Press the arrow keys to highlight the channel showing the iN DEMAND movie or event you want to watch.
3. Press SELECT to choose the highlighted program.
4. Press SELECT to buy the program.
5. Did the confirmation screen display?
   • If yes, press SELECT again to confirm your purchase. Your TV will automatically tune to the purchased program when it becomes available.
   • If no, go to the next step.
6. If you have previously enabled the Purchase PIN feature, then the PIN Entry screen displays. Enter your four-digit Purchase PIN number. Your TV will automatically tune to the program when it becomes available.

Note: If the ordering window expires for the event, the next event on this channel will be automatically selected. You will need to verify that the next movie is one you want to purchase.
