Humanitarian Support Pricing for Haiti (direct-dial long distance, not tied to an International Plan selection)
Effectively immediately, all direct-dial Cox long distance calls to the island of Haiti will be free. This opportunity is available to any current or new residential Cox Digital Telephone customer who selects Cox Long Distance as their long distance carrier. This includes calls that terminate to both landline and wireless telephone numbers residing in country code 509 (Haiti). Customers who have made calls since the January 12th earthquake will have those calls credited. The free calling program will be effective until February 28th, 2010.
