The Cox Mexico calling plans provide Cox Residential Customers a competitively priced choice to the standard long distance rates. The optional calling plans are available to new and existing customers who choose Cox Long Distance for both PIC and LPIC.

Each Mexico plan includes minutes you can use anytime. Upon expiration of the usage allowance, the plan assesses a flat per minute rate on direct dialed calls to Mexico from the Customer’s Cox Digital Telephone.

If you place calls to additional Central and South America countries, you may wish to consider the
Mi Conexion Latina calling plan. You cannot, however, have both a Mexico calling plan and a Latina calling plan on the same phone line.

Note: This plan is not available in Middle Georgia, Fairfax, VA or Fredericksburg, VA. In Orange County/Palos Vedes, CA and Oklahoma, this plan is obsolete/grandfathered and no longer available to new customers.

** Note: Many foreign telecommunications companies impose substantial fees on Cox Long Distance to complete international calls for services they designate as premium. Premium services can include: international calls that terminate to wireless phones, pagers, personal computers and personal digital assistants (PDAs); international calls that require satellite technology; and international calls to chat lines or other information services such as 900 numbers. International calls that terminate to premium services in countries that impose premium fees will have a rate that is $.02 to $.40 per minute higher than the current rates for international calls that terminate to non-premium services.
